Despite our best efforts in providing advice and guidance and providing comprehensive installation instructions, there is always someone who knows how to get the job done quicker and cheaper!!

Installed on a motel near Stanstead, we got a call from the customer after a heavy night's rain to complain that there was something wrong with our treatment plant! Imagine our engineers' surprise on arrival at site to find that our MATRIX Sewage Treatment System was doing a passable impression of the Titanic!!!
