Watch out for forgeries !

While it was inevitable that someone would try and get away with it, we find it deeply disturbing that any company in this industry would seek to dupe the buying customer by forging a BSEN12566-3 certificate, to pretend that their product complies with the necessary regulations.

The one in question purports to come from the test facility of PIA - Aachen, but has been confirmed as a fake (and not a very good one). This highly irresponsible and borderline criminal action is very sad news, as it reflects badly on the whole industry and those responsible manufacturers (such as us) who have made the significant financial investment to comply with the rules and regulations and provide customers with the peace of mind that they are spending hard earned money on a quality product.

Do not get caught out by inferior products that don't work. The phrase "designed in accordance with BSEN12566-3" is not acceptable. Only treatment plants with genuine test certification and a process efficiency of greater than 94% are suitable for installation in the UK.
