Pumping Systems

Quantum pumping systems are a range of crude sewage or surface water packaged pump stations designed to meet the latest legislation requirements and to provide our customers with an extremely reliable an efficient method of discharging to mains sewer where adverse levels prevent a gravity connection.

All pump chambers are manufactured from elite grade polypropylene and are individually designed and manufactured to specifically suit site conditions to ensure cost effective installation and operation. Chambers can be manufactured up to 3000mm diameter with depths of up to seven metres. Alternatively, to incorporate the latest building regulation requirement for 24hr storage, chambers can be constructed as rectangular units to minimise the depth of dig while achieving the required storage volume.

Pumps and control systems are sourced from only the best manufacturers with proven track records in efficiency and reliability and pumps are selected specifically for the duty required.

Pumping stations can be supplied as full packaged systems, complete with all pumps, controls, internal pipe work and valves, or as chamber only or with fitted pipe work and valves to suit customer sourced pumps and controls.
